Coppell ATA Martial Arts Kickboxing is a high pace work out, that combines, bag work, resistance training, cardio, and strength training all in one.  This class is based on a Krav style workout.  All levels will be challenged and accommodated.



Cost is $10 per class or $50 per month for non members. Free for tkd members
